The Almetyevsk Pipe Plant is a pipe manufacturing company founded in 1966. Its modern production facilities allow us to produce steel electric-welded pipes and apply high quality exterior corrosion-resistant polyethylene coating and heat-insulating coating.

Its basic updated processing lines allow to produce pipes with a diameter ranging from 17 to 219 mm and a wall thickness ranging from 1,5 to 8,0 mm.

At Customer’s request, the length of pipes may vary from 6,0 to 12,0 m. The Almetyevsk Pipe Plant was the first to apply a technology of anticorrosion protection of steel pipes in 1980.

The Quality Management System of the Almetyevsk Pipe Plant has been audited and found to be in accordance with the requirements of the management system standard ISO 9001:2000.

The Federal Process Inspection Service (RosTekhNadzor) allows to use the pipes on dangerous oil/gas production facilities (License No. PPC 00-14720 of December 17, 2004).

The Almetyevsk Pipe Plant has shipped over 8 million tons of pipes and over 1,7 million tons of pipes with exterior corrosion-resistant polyethylene coating to the markets of Russian Federation, CIS and foreign countries.

The main products of the Almetyevsk Pipe Plant:

• The circular longitudinal electric-welded pipes with a diameter ranging from 17 to 219 mm and a wall thickness ranging from 1,5 to 8,0 mm.

• Shaped (square and rectangular) pipes with a size ranging to 500 mm and a wall thickness ranging from 1,5 to 5,0 mm.

• Pipes with two-layer corrosion-resistant exterior polyethylene coating with a diameter ranging from 57 to 530 mm.

• Pipes with three-layer corrosion-resistant exterior polyethylene coating with a diameter ranging from 108 to 530 mm.
